Working Session

Bring us one problem.

Thirty minutes. No pitch, no slides, no “discovery call” theater. You describe what’s not working; we tell you what we see, what we’d do about it, and honestly whether we’re the right ones to do it.

How the session runs.

  1. You talk first. The problem, in your words — a hire, a build, a back office, a number you don’t trust. Whatever hurts most right now.
  2. We ask diagnostic questions. Usually about what’s upstream of the symptom. This is the same thinking we’d bill for later, free.
  3. You leave with a read. Our honest assessment of the constraint, what we’d do, roughly what it would cost — or a straight “you don’t need us for this, here’s what to do instead.”

No obligation, no follow-up sequence hounding you. If it’s useful, you’ll know.
